Airman and Family Readiness Center
The Airman & Family Readiness Center (A&FRC) provides assistance to all active duty service members, retirees, civilian employees, and family members of eligible users. The A&FRC is the link between commanders, military members and family, and community support agencies. The A&FRC serves as an advocate for family needs and concerns and as a resource for front line supervisors and commanders on family matters and work life issues. The Center offers access to the latest AF and community news and resources, as well as information on Family Readiness, Transition, Personal Finance, Family Member Employment, Relocation and the AF Aid Society. Exceptional Family Member Programs and the School Liaison Office are also located within the A&FRC.
We also have many program specific guides a ton of guidance on Gold Star Families, SBP and Casualty. We work with military members and their families throughout the military life cycle. Community Readiness Consultants (CRCs) are assigned to each squadron and work directly with commanders and the community, ensuring the appropriate resources are available and military members and family are able to access the support needed.
We also work hard to provide a consistently welcoming environment where people feel comfortable stopping in.
